An administrative fee will be charged for medical reports. The fees vary depending on the information requested:

• A Routine Medical Report costs S$80

• A Specialist Medical Report costs S$270

• Vaccination Report is free

  Payment must be received within 10 days from the date that the application for the medical report is approved. Otherwise, your application will be cancelled. Upon receiving payment and consent, it will take up to 30 days to process your report.
