Updated by MINDEF All Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)-eligible NSmen aged 35 years old and above are required to complete the SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP) every year before attempting Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)/NS FIT. The aim of this medical screening is to detect any medical conditions which may make them unsuitable for Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)/NS FIT. NSmen that have cleared their HSP can proceed to book and attempt their Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)/NS FIT.The "Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)-FFI" has been incorporated into the SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP) since 30 May 2011. If you have completed the SAF Health Screening Programme within your birthday window, you will not be required to undergo any additional health screenings. Contact us
