Updated by MINDEF These servicemen are to be referred to the Cardiologist for further assessment and control of modifiable coronary risk factors. In addition, they are to be informed of their significant risk of developing cardiac disease in the near future if measures are not taken to improve their health. They are cardiovascularly unfit for IPPT/AAFT/SPFT, and are to be downgraded based on the severity of CHD. Servicemen graded as High Cardiac Risk will be given the appropriate excuses from IPPT, and referred to a heart specialist for further assessment. Contact us
