How to change my medical appointment?
For Pre-Enlistees
You can only book or amend your first medical screening during the National Service registration online exercise and will be allowed to change your appointment date only once during this period. Please note that you will not be able to change your appointment in the system if your scheduled appointment is less than 3 days away or your preferred date is not available to you. If you are unable to change your appointment, please contact NS Contact Centre (NSCC) at 1800-367-6767 for further assistance.
For NSmen
For rescheduling or cancelling of medical appointment for Health Screening Programme (HSP)/ Medical Review, please log in to SAF eHealth Portal and proceed to follow the instructions in the portal. If you need assistance, please approach or call your Unit's Personnel Admin Centre for assistance. You can find Personnel Admin Centres' contact numbers here Please provide a reason to reschedule/cancel your medical appointment. Personnel Admin Centre will assist with your request(s).
For In-service Personnel
If you are unable to make it for your appointment, you may reschedule your medical appointment at SAF eHealth Portal or use OneNS Portal under the section "Medical".
