How do I request a letter indicating my Physical Employment Standard (PES) grade as well as medical excuses?

You can obtain a letter indicating your Physical Employment Standard (PES) grade and/or medical excuses by logging onto eHealth with your Singpass and print the page directly through the browser. Once logged on, click on the "Military Info" tab to view your PES grade under the "PES Details" section or your medical excuse(s) under the "Medical Certificates / Excuses" section.
