Can I have a proof of my attendance at Central Manpower Base (Pre-enlistment) for my pre-enlistment medical screening/medical reviews?
CMPB will only issue a time sheet upon request during your actual visit at CMPB. Do take note that CMPB will not backdate the timesheet. You may also use your Further Reporting Order (FRO) as a proof of your appointment.
