You are not able to amend the medical screening questionnaire after you have submitted it or your endorser has endorsed it. If you have any new medical conditions to declare following the submission of your medical screening questionnaire online, please inform the Medical Officer during your pre-enlistment medical screening. Please provide the relevant medical documents to support your declaration.
