You are unable to change the endorser online once you have selected one. If you wish to change your endorser, please download and print the questionnaire from the CMPB website and have your new endorser endorse on the hardcopy questionnaire. Please bring this hard copy questionnaire on your pre-enlistment medical screening appointment and submit it during your registration.
