What if I have medical conditions before the medical screening?
Your medical history is important to the screening process. Prior to the medical screening appointment, you will be asked to declare pre-existing medical conditions in the Medical Screening Questionnaire online. It is important that your parent or guardian endorse your Medical Screening Questionnaire online, before you report for your medical screening. Otherwise, your enlistment may be delayed.
You can refer to the medical screening checklist on the CMPB website with information on the medical document(s) you need to bring along for your pre-enlistment medical screening. Our Medical Officers will review your medical document(s) and take it into consideration when determining your medical fitness status.
