2. SingPass and 2FA
3. Full Name
4. Date of Birth
5. Contact no.
6. Name of Next-of-Kin (NOK)
7. Relationship to NOK
8. Contact no. of NOK
You may book the test via the Pre-Enlistee IPPT booking system through your OneNS dashboard.
