When will Pre-enlistment release the Exit Permit bond?

The bond will be released after the Pre-enlistee has completed/dropped out of his course and has reported to CMPB on or before the expiry of his Exit Permit. The bank/his parents and sureties (if it is bond by Deed) will be notified of the release of the bond.
