What is Vocational Assessment (VA) for Commandos/Naval Divers?
If you have been shortlisted as having the potential to serve with the Commandos or Naval Diving Unit, you will receive a notice to attend a Vocational Assessment (VA) which determines your fitness and suitability for these vocations. The VA will take one full day to complete, and comprises the following stages:
Medical screening
Physical fitness assessment
Psycho-motor assessment
Psychological assessment
Interview
