I just came back from disruption/no-pay leave. My unit has informed Salary Services Centre to resume my pay through facsimile since my return. I did not receive my pay on the recent payday.

Salary Services Centre will not resume payment based on notification from unit. Unit has to inform your Personnel Management Centre (PMC) of your return and Salary Services Centre will process your payment based on occurrence raised by your PMC.
