How will I be informed of my eligibility for the NS Excellence Award?
You will be presented with a congratulatory letter at the end of your In-Camp Training (ICT) or NS Course. Following which, an SMS notification will be sent to your mobile number registered on the OneNS Portal within one month. You can then access and spend your cash credits via the OneNS or LifeSG application, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (https://life.gov.sg/app). Please do not download the app from third-party sites.
