For a more seamless redemption experience, you are required to update your mobile number on the OneNS Portal using the 'My Personal Information' eService. If you do not have a valid mobile number registered on the OneNS Portal, you will be notified via the email address or mailing address provided on the OneNS Portal. Alternatively, you can access the ‘Benefits and Support’ module of the OneNS or LifeSG application to view and spend your cash credits.
