You may access the Leave and Claims eService via the OneNS web portal at this link or the OneNS mobile app, which can be downloaded from the respective app stores:

•Apple App Store (For iOS users)

•Google Play Store (For Android users)

To access the Leave and Claims eService via the mobile app, log in and tap the "Leave and Claims" icon on the homepage.

Please note that currently, only the following can be applied via OneNS:

•Leave: Annual, Childcare, and Medical.

•Claims: Transport, Medical, and Dental.

All other types of leave and claims should be submitted through the existing processes stipulated in the GOMs below:
