When a CAT 2B or above request is raised, the system will automatically trigger a G50 update if it is required. If the G50 column in your iACRES+ request shows 'G50 Not Required', then there is no requirement for the personnel to submit his/her G50.

If the G50 column shows pending G50, the personnel needs to log into OneNS Portal to access the G50. As it takes 2 working days for the G50 to be pulled over from MSD internal system into OneNS Portal, the personnel should log into the G50 on the third working day after you have created the request.

If the personnel has submitted G50 online once before, he will be presented with a one-time consent to retrieve his last submitted G50 from MSD internal system into OneNS Portal. If the personnel selects 'Yes', it will take 2 working days for the G50 to be pulled over into OneNSPortal. If the personnel selects 'No', a blank G50 will be available immediately.
