Can I submit clearance requests for someone from another unit?
Yes, you can do so as long as you are submitting clearance requests for the personnel to be involved in your unit, work or project. For example, a DSTA project manager can submit clearance requests for SAF personnel to be involved in his project; a unit S1 for personnel who are posting in to his unit; and a project officer for his contractors.
