I made some mistakes in my recent submission. Should I submit a new request?
If you have not submitted the request, please amend it before submitting.
If you have submitted the request, please email your MSD contact to reject the request, providing the iACRES+ ID, full NRIC No. of the personnel and reasons for the rejection. After you have received the iACRES+ rejection reply, you may proceed to create a new request. Please note that you are not allowed to create a duplicate request while the first request is still being processed.
