You had earlier opted to retrieve information from MyInfo and these data fields were auto-populated from MyInfo which cannot be edited. Please ensure the data in 'MyInfo' has been properly updated before opting in to retrieve the information. Otherwise, select Clear MyInfo to edit these data fields.
