My company is using a bank account that has more than 15 characters. Why am I unable to update the bank account on my company's profile on the OneNS Portal?

There is a 15-digit limit to the bank account field on the OneNS Portal due to system constraints. We are making system enhancements to accommodate bank accounts with longer characters. In the meantime, please write in to contact@ns.gov.sg for us to verify your company's bank account number before we process the payment. We seek your understanding that this arrangement will be required until the system enhancement is completed.
