Do I need to pay my NSmen employees' CPF contributions?

You should continue to pay your employees' CPF contributions based on their usual remuneration, as though they are not away for their ORNS/SV activity. The CPF contributions payable by both employer and employee remain the same and are based on prevailing CPF Board guidelines.
