Am I required to have a university placement before applying for the MHA Scholarships?

No. A university placement is not required at the point of application. However, applicants who are offered a scholarship must secure a placement in an approved course and/or country of study before the scholarship award can be confirmed. Pls visit https://www.mha.gov.sg/careers/mha-scholarships/
