Can I join the Yellow Ribbon Community Project?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with the Singapore Prison Service (SPS). You can join the Yellow Ribbon Community Project (YRCP) as a community volunteer. No special qualifications are required. As a YRCP Volunteer, you will reach out to families of newly admitted inmates through phone calls and home visits, connect them with relevant support agencies, and walk alongside them during one of the most difficult periods of their lives. Comprehensive training will be provided before and during your first year of volunteering.
