What is the Civil Defence Lionhearters Club?

The Civil Defence (CD) Lionhearters Club empowers students to be the first line of defence in an emergency. Established in ITE Colleges, local Polytechnics, and Universities across Singapore, CD Lionhearters are trained Community First Responders who provide immediate assistance during emergencies — saving lives and minimising damage to property before SCDF responders arrive.
