Why are there other Home Team training facilities in Singapore?

The Home Team has various purpose-built training facilities across Singapore to support different operational and training needs of the Home Team. For example, the Singapore Civil Defence Force trains at the Civil Defence Academy, while other Home Team Departments such as Singapore Police Force trains at the Home Team Tactical Centre.
