Is remote/online gambling allowed in Singapore?

The Gambling Control Act prohibits all forms of gambling activities in Singapore unless they are licensed, class-licensed, or exempted. Singapore Pools (Private) Limited is the only operator licensed to provide remote gambling services in Singapore. It is an offence to gamble with unlicensed remote gambling operators, including through remote gambling services such as prediction market platforms.
