What could the religious group do if they have difficulties meeting the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act (MRHA) leadership requirements?

Updated by MHA
All religious groups are required to adhere to the leadership requirements under the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act (MRHA). Religious groups with difficulties meeting the MRHA leadership requirements could apply for an approval to deviate from the requirements. All applications are subjected to stringent assessment and approvals are granted on a case-by-case basis. To learn more about the application process, religious groups may email: MHA_RFPD@mha.gov.sg For more information, please visit https://eservices2.mha.gov.sg/rds/landing/gb.
