Why are the grants on a co-funding basis and not in full to support charities/IPCs?
The Charities Capability Fund (CCF) co-funds a percentage of the costs incurred by charities/IPCs. The principle of co-funding helps to ensure that charities/IPCs take ownership in building up their governance, and to be prudent in selecting courses and consultancy projects which best meet their needs.
