How to report a concern regarding a contravention of the Charities Act/Regulations or a dubious fund-raising appeal?
If you believe that there is a contravention of the Fund-raising Regulations, please contact us via email at mccy_charities@mccy.gov.sg to provide the details. Please include the following Information when making a report:
Name of the organisation that is conducting the fund-raising activity;
Details of the event that triggered the reporting; and
Documents received in relation to the matter.
If fraud or scams are suspected, the public should file a Police report immediately.
