What are the conditions for the issuance of a Fund-Raising for Foreign Charitable Purposes (FRFCP) permit?
One of the conditions for the issuance of permit is that 80% of the net proceeds of the funds raised have to be applied for charitable purposes within Singapore and the remaining 20% may be remitted for overseas charitable purposes if funds are raised from the public, unless the COC in his discretion otherwise allows.
