If the charity has exceeded the maximum of 25 line items for overseas expenditure on the website, please consolidate the remaining entries and enter the consolidated figures for the 25th line item and select “others” from the Country drop-down list.

Charities are required to populate and retain the details of the remaining entries in a separate spreadsheet under the tabs “Appendix 2 overseas expenditure”, “Appendix 3 overseas cap outlay” or “Appendix 4 overseas remittance”, whichever applicable. The link to the spreadsheet can be found in Appendix. The Sector Administrator (SA) may contact the charity should they require the details of the remaining entries.
