The Charities Act/Regulations does not prohibit charities with IPC status from receiving funding or donations from foreign individuals and organisations. Nevertheless, the IPC may wish to conduct some form of due diligence on the incoming donation (e.g. whether any conditions imposed on the donation; donation is in line with the Charity/IPC’s objects; donor is a bona-fide organisation etc.), before accepting such donations.
