Are exempt charities with financial size exceeding $10 million regulated under the Charities (Large Charities) Regulations?
No. According to Regulation 3(1) of the Charities (Large Charities) Regulations, the provisions stipulated in this regulation will not apply to (a) any large charity with IPC status; and (b) any exempt charity.
