The applicant may login to the Charity Portal (using his/her Singpass) and fill in the online application form to apply for charity status. The applicant should upload the trust deed as the governing instrument and select “Others” as its legal entity.

During the application for charity registration, the trust deed will be reviewed and an officer will inform you if amendments are required to meet the necessary requirements. If the trust is successfully registered, a UEN will be issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Charities.
