What should the 2-year activity and fund disbursement plan consist of? Is there a specific format that applicants need to follow?

For the 2-year activity plan, it should include relevant information about the programmes/initiatives/activities that the organisation intends to carry out in furtherance of the purposes stated in the governing instruments. The fund disbursement plan would typically include the projected income which the organisation expects to receive; the projected disbursements for the programmes/initiatives/activities and the expenditures which the organisation expects to incur in the next 2 to 3 years, as a result of carrying out the said programmes/initiatives/activities.
