No, there are currently no changes to the use of CDA funds. CDA funds may continue to be used for approved child-related expenses (for instance, preschool fees and medical expenses) at the Baby Bonus Approved Institutions subject to existing Terms and Conditions.

As part of the Government’s continual effort to strengthen support for families and improve scheme administration, the government will continue to review CDA usage.
