If you require assistance with making your LPA, you may approach any ServiceSG Centre where officers are able to assist you with drafting of your online or hardcopy Form 1 LPA.

Form 2 LPAs can only be drafted by lawyers and you would need to engage one if you wish to make an LPA Form 2.
