If you wish to have your eligibility for CareShield Life Premium Subsidies reassessed, you may submit your request via the MediShield Life e-Service. You may also contact us at careshieldlife.gov.sg/writetous or call the Healthcare Hotline at 1800-222-3399 from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (GMT8 / excluding public holidays). Please note that airtime charges will apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines. Calls are free of charge only if made from regular land lines.
