"Your Benefits"@LifeSG shows the Premium Subsidies that you have received for your CareShield Life policies starting in 2023 and 2024 from 2023. If you wish to know how much Premium Subsidies you received for previous policy years, please contact us at careshieldlife.gov.sg/writetous or call the Healthcare Hotline at 1800-222-3399 from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (GMT8 / excluding public holidays). Please note that airtime charges will apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines. Calls are free of charge only if made from regular land lines.
