Households in 3-room or smaller / 4-room / 5-room or larger flats will get a $30,000 / $15,000 / $7,500 cash bonus if the total CPF top-up to the owners' Retirement Account is at least $60,000. The top-up and the bonus are all calculated on a household basis. Households who top up less than $60,000 will receive a pro-rated bonus of $1 for every $2 / $4 / $8 top-up made.
