Can I transfer my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to someone else (e.g. family member or next-of-kin) especially if they have greater need for skills training)?

Updated by LIFESG
No, SFC is meant to support the individual ownership of skills development and lifelong learning of Singaporeans by defraying out-of-pocket course fees. As such, SFC is not transferable. Besides SFC, eligible individuals can access subsidies of up to 90% for MOE- and SSG-supported courses at Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and approved private training providers.
