I misplaced my child’s digital birth certificate. How can I get another copy?

If it has been less than 90 days since the birth was registered, you can download the birth certificate again from the ICA website. Do remember to save it to your personal device. If it has been more than 90 days since the birth was registered, email ICA at ICA_Birth_RBD@ica.gov.sg for help.
