“Your Benefits” currently displays benefit records from 2023 – 2025. If you are unable to see past records within this timeframe, there could be several reasons including: - The scheme may have been paid out recently. “Your Benefits” is updated on a monthly basis and more recent data may not have been reflected yet. - You may not have received a particular benefit as you may not have met the scheme eligibility criteria. - There might be a technical issue affecting the display of older records. If you face difficulties in retrieving the records or have any questions, please contact us via the askgov page.
