I do not have a Singpass. How do I register for one?

Citizens can register for Singpass by setting up the Singpass Face Verification or by requesting for a One-Time Singpass Password i.e., PIN mailer to be sent to their mobile number/email address/registered address. Upon successful set-up of the Face Verification or upon receipt of the PIN mailer, citizens would need to create a new Singpass password to complete the Singpass registration. You may apply for your Singpass online or visit any of the Singpass counters located islandwide in-person.
