Why did I not receive my payouts?
If you have hit your points target, you can check the status of your payout via the ‘Payout’ page on your scheme portal. It will take around three to six weeks for your payout to be successfully disbursed, and you will receive an email notification when it happens.
If your payout is reflected as disbursed on the scheme portal but you have not received it through your bank account or received a GovCash email, you can reach out to us through our service portal.
