If I am a Singapore Citizen purchasing another residential property before disposing of my existing residential property, can I apply for a refund of ABSD after the existing property is sold?
There is no refund of ABSD if you purchase another residential property before disposing your existing property, unless you qualify for the ABSD Concession for Single Singapore Citizen (SC) Seniors Remission.
