As a Singapore PR marrying a Singaporean, can we get Additional Buyer's Stamp (ABSD) remission on our first jointly bought private property if we marry within 6 months of purchase?
For purchases involving two or more buyers with different profiles, the higher applicable ABSD rate will apply.
ABSD Remission for a Married Couple is not applicable for joint purchases made before marriage.
