Am I able to arrange for my Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) to be deducted from my CPF account?
As Stamp Duty is payable within 14 days from the date of purchase, you will need to:
Pay Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) in cash first.
Subsequently obtain reimbursement from your CPF account.
Drawing upon CPF savings to pay Stamp Duty is under CPF's purview. For further clarification, please contact CPF Board.
