TM4: Application to Register a Trade Mark, Collective Mark or Certification Mark
For Collective Mark or Certification Mark, besides Form TM 4, within 9 months after the date of the application for the registration of a collective mark or certification mark, the applicant must file with the Registrar
(a) Form TM 10; and
(b) a copy of the regulations governing the use of the mark.
